Cranberry Brie Bites

Glazed Spiral Ham

Ingredients:

  • 1 whole (8-10 lbs.) cured, smoked, bone-in ham
  • 1/2 cup apricot jam
  • 1/4 cup light brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp. bourbon
  • 1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes

Directions:

Remove ham from the fridge and let sit at room temperature for about a hour. Preheat oven to 350°F.

Place rack in large roasting pan and cover rack with foil. Pour 2 cups of water in the bottom of the roasting pan and place ham on the foil on the rack.

In a small bowl, whisk together jam, brown sugar, bourbon, Dijon, and red pepper flakes. Brush the ham with some of the gaze and roast. Basting with glaze every 30 minutes. Do this until the thermometer reads 140°F in the thickest part. This will take about 2 hours.

Let rest about 15 minutes before carving and enjoying!

Boozy Grinch Punch

Ingredients:

  • 1 packet Kool-Aid Lime mix
  • 4 cups water
  • 4 cups ice
  • 3 cups lemon-lime soda
  • 2 cups vodka
  • 1 cup ginger ale
  • lime wedges, for rimming
  • red sanding sugar, for rimming

Directions:

In a large pitcher combine Kool-Aid and water. Next add ice, pineapple juice, vodka, and ginger ale.

Use a lime wedge to rim the glass. Then dip sugar to coat. Pour punch into glasses to serve.

Pull Apart Christmas Tree

Ingredients :

  • 1 lb. refrigerated pizza dough
  • Egg wash (1 egg whisked with 1 tbsp. water)
  • 7 mozzarella sticks
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 cup finely grated Parmesan
  • 1 tbsp. basil
  • 1 tbsp. parsley
  • 1 tbsp. rosemary
  • Marinara (for serving)

Directions:

Preheat oven to 450°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Cut mozzarella sticks into 1 inch pieces and set aside

On a floured surface, divide pizza dough into 2 pieces. Stretch and roll each piece into a long rectangle, then cut dough into 2 inch squares.

Wrap dough around each piece of mozzarella, forming a tightly sealed ball. Place the dough balls seam side down onto the baking sheet. Making a shape of a Christmas tree (the dough balls should be touching). Brush egg was on dough and bake until golden. About 20 minutes.

While that cooks, whisk together melted butter, parmesan, and herbs.  Brush on baked pizza balls. Serve with warm marinara for dipping!

Jack Frosties

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup vodka
  • 1 cup Prosecco
  • 1/2 cup Blue Curacao
  • 1/2 cup lemonade
  • 6 cups ice
  • Lemon wedge, for rimming
  • white sanding sugar, for rimming

Directions:

In a blender, combine vodke, Prosecco, blue curacao, lemonade, and ice. Blending until well combined.

Run a lemon wedge around the rim of each glass. Then dip into sanding sugar.

Pour Jack Frosties into rimmed glasses and enjoy immediately.

Reindeer Brownies

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup melted butter
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
  • 16 Tootsie Rolls
  • 16 Red and brown M&M’s
  • 16 mini wafer cookies
  • 16 mini marshmallows
  • 32 semisweet cholate chips
  • 32 mini peppermint candy canes

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350°F. Butter bottom and sides of 2 round cake pans. cut two 8 inch circles out of parchment paper and line the bottom of the cake pan. 

Stir togethr the butter, sugar, vanilla, and eggs. In another bowl mix together flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients. Stir about 1 cup of chocolate chips and divide the batter between the 2 prepared pans. Bake until the crust beging to form aroudn the edges. About 35-40 minutes.

When the brownies are cooking, use your fingers to shape each half Tootsie Roll into a teardrop shape, to resemble the reindeer’s ear. Melt the remaining chocolate chips.

Cranberry Brie Bites

Ingredients:

  •  8 o.z. tube of crescent dough
  • cooking spray, for the pan
  • 8 o.z. wheel of brie
  • 1/2 cup whole cranberry sauce
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans
  • Rosemary, cut into 1 inch pieces

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a mini muffin tin with cooking spray. On a lightly floured surface roll out crescent dough, pinching together the seams. Cut into 24 squares. Place squares into muffin tin slots.

Cut brie into small piece and place inside dough. Top with a spoonful of cranberry sauces, chopped pecans, and a spring of rosemary.

Bake until golden brown. About 15 minutes.
